Basile Dikaioulias is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Saarbrucken, Germany.

Basile Dikaioulias has been involved in the consulting industry since 1993 and has significant experience in the field of human resources, especially in-company training.

Also served as a human resources consultant for the companies of the Lambrakis Journalistic Organization SA. Since 1999 he has been responsible for a large number of consulting programs in Greece, the Eastern countries, and the Balkans. He has extensive experience in the legal and regulatory framework of the Greek State, especially in relation to the implementation of co-financed programs.

He also dealt extensively with the private sector, in matters of investment and quality. During his professional career, he gained valuable experience in large-scale investment projects, collaborated with many consultants, and developed special organizational skills.
