Dimitris Papazis is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of the School of Law and Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and holds a master's degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Dimitris has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of Auditing and related consulting services.

He started his career with DFK and PwC in Greece and continued his career abroad with EΥ as Senior Manager in Southeast Europe (Greece, Bulgaria, FYROM) and North Africa. During his career abroad, Dimitris was in charge of audits of listed and non-listed companies based on IFRS and US GAAP, in a wide range of sectors (telecommunications, services, metal industries, real estate, construction, food, hotels, etc.).

Also, he was in charge of audits involving the attestation on the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX audits). During his partnership with KSi Greece, in addition to undertaking significant assignments of statutory audits, he has been appointed as quality assurance partner, technical consultant on assurance and IFRS matters.

In addition, he is specialised in valuations of companies and fraud investigations.
