Konstantinos Moustakis is a Certified Public Accountant (Reg. No. SOEL 71011) and serves as a Senior Audit Manager at KSi Greece, with over 9 years of experience in the Assurance and Accounting sector in Greece.

He possesses extensive experience in the management and execution of audit services for clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Shipping, and Consumer Products. He specializes in the audit of financial statements for public sector entities (Municipalities, Hospitals, etc.) and holds significant expertise in financial statement conversion projects based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as in valuations for corporate transformation purposes.

Throughout his career, he has managed numerous statutory audits and agreed-upon procedures, developing strong skills in financial reporting and the management of large-scale audit engagements.

He holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He also holds a professional postgraduate qualification and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (IESOEL).
